It does exist and the reason it is no longer being printed is the publisher, Kitchen Sink Press, went out of business. You may be lucky and find it in a used bookstore or one of those discount book places (where you can get some really good bargains/rare stuff) - but if you have your heart set on one your best bet is to start checking the online auction sites (copies regularly turn up on eBay).

If you're curious about the book it basically features the entire script, a ton of rare photos, some new stuff (including newspaper articles, a page from Gwen's diary, Rene's letter to Brodie, etc.), an introduction by Kevin Smith and two articles by Joey Lauren Adams and Malcolm Ingram. It is a really nice book... but yeah it's pretty hard to get hold of!!!
