...feels like it was done by a bunch of guys (and gals) you hang around with. Back in highschool we used to make movies during our summer break, where only people who knew us could really understand the sick, twisted, (and back in our younger days) seriously politically incorrect nature of them. As I sat there this afternoon, I couldn't help but get that same feeling. It's a nice change to go to a movie (and series of movies) that feels like it was written with you in mind. There was a reviewer from our local TV station at the showing I was at, and much like he was wincing and shaking his head at the content of J&BSTB, some of my ex-girlfriends reacted the same when they were subjected to some of those films we did (like the "Faginator", and "Ken the Really Nice Guy Next Door")...Kinda made me smile...
Thanks for the great flicks and here's hoping for Jason Lee as 'Fletch'!
