My first and probably only post to be made here...

It was a little over a year ago my first love from school and I got back together. Kinda funny what her and I have been through, but that's another story! She introduced me to your movies with Dogma, then Clerks, then Mallrats and Chasing Amy. Being the anime fanatic I am, and very anti american entertainment, I will admit was pretty much against the idea of watching some movie made by a guy I never heard of. But... What the hell, why not give it a chance! I mean, your name wasn't a name I knew which is good as those names (which I won't mention *cough* Spei *cough* Bur *cough*) to me are nothing but jokes these days.

Dogma was simply a super movie! After seeing it I asked Jenn "Are all his movies this funny?!?", and so the worm was in the water and I was the hungry guppie. <-- don't ask about the worm/guppie thing!

I gave Clerks a try because she said if I liked the movie Office Space (which I highly relate to how I felt when I worked for ADT Security) I would probably like Clerks. I was working for Stop & Shop at the time (all you Northeast Coast people should know this evil grocery store!) and was a deli clerk. Throughout Clerks I was laughing especially at the fact it described exactly how I felt, and Randal is not my personal hero in a way, but knew the like "I'm not even supposed to be here today!" It reigns as one my favorite movies of all time.

Mallrats Jenn was sure I'd love, but understand I never even read a comic book! I loved the movie, and I completely enjoyed it, especially your part with trying to make things move in the end, and of course Jason's "Fly fat ass, fly!"

Chasing Amy... My least favorite of all the movies I suppose. A very good movie, but the story line seemed to be more serious compared to others. Regardless, it was an important movie for what was to come...

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back! The movie started at 11:50 here in Meriden, Connecticut... We were at the theater at 10am! I wanted to make sure we had tickets and good seats... No problem! The only people there was my girlfriend (Jenn), myself and some other guy who I think laughed only once. For her and I, this was our first KS movie in the theater! I have only a few things to say... Kevin, what you did with this movie was "fucking amazing"! and I loved it! Jason was great, and I'm glad his character finally got somebody in the end! The movie ranks up as my favorite movie you've made, and probably my favorite movie (that's not animated!).

So, this being the end of the live action Jay and Silent Bob, I bid both characters farewell! Now all that remains is for a super DVD release! I'm glad to see there is still talent for making movies, and beyond that you also show there is talent out there! Ben, Matt, and Jason (not you Mewes!). I don't keep up at all with Viewaskew news, but my girlfriend tells me there's going to be an animated Clerks movie! Sounds good, and I look forward to it. Thanks for the greats, and I'll be waiting for more!
