: Hi Kevin, : I'm an independent filmmaker, from Toronto. I have just completed post production on my latest project, titled, 'Maggie Kwan Vs. Dark Master'. This 6 min. demo/trailer is a rip-roaring tribute to Hong Kong action and horror films. The story, in a nutshell, is this: Maggie and her friends do battle with an evil, 200-year-old magician, and his army of blood-thirsty, Chinese-style vampires (in case you don't know what a Chinese vampire is...it's a stiffened, rotting corpse, that hops around, like a bunny rabbit). Because the movie is so comic book-like, in nature, I think it's right up your alley. I'd love to send you a copy, if you'd be interested in taking a look. : I am preparing to ship the demo off, to L.A. production companies, to generate interest in a feature-length version. Because this is my first crack at pitching to Hollywood, I'm looking for all the helpful hints, advice and constructive criticism, I can get.
