Hey all,
I just got my newspaper off the porch, I live in Harrisburg, Pa... and I had to see what our local movie critic had to say...
1st off, our local movie critic, is a woman who is mostly in love with Disney flicks... I figured she would put down, 'Jay and Silent Bob' immediately, I've actually talked to our Movie Critic before, and she seemed like the type that would walk out of this movie half-way through... (most people I know, don't always agree with her reviews and ratings)... So I wasn't expecting anything but negativity towards this movie from her... but as the world is a mystery, She gave this movie a 'superior', which is like a 4.5 outta 5, and the only thing higher than that is, Outstanding, and the only Outstanding she gave was for Molin Rouge...
She even had a write-up about this movie, and apparently she is a Kevin Smith fan, as she gleefully refers to his previous flicks throughout the article.
To make this post short, I just wanted to say, If OUR local movie critic was amused, and it wasn't animated, it's gotta be funny, I can't wait to see it, I'm pissed I had to miss the preview on Saturday, but Work calls, so as soon as I'm off tonight at 7, I'm heading out to see it... maybe twice...
