: : That's true, guys. There are more extreme examples than "put that
: : shit in my hand" in Smith's movies. It's really all the sexual
vulgarities
: : that get to me. I myself have a hard time controlling my tongue at
: : work (where I work, it's hard to) as I often find myself cursing at the
: : stupid machines i run. It's the demeaning aspects of it all that
bring
: : me down. I don't wanna hear people talking about "sucking me off"
: : or "buttfucking" each other. Thanks for settin me straight, though.
: I understand where you're coming from, but I still think it's all about
the context. I've told friends to "blow me" before, it's all in good fun.
Jay talking about Bob sucking him off or whatever, it's just good
natured ribbing among friends. If he was threatening to rape a
woman and giving graphic descriptions, I could see where you'd be
offended. I don't really see the harm when it's just joking among
friends, though.
I do see your point. I guess I just take a hardline when it comes to
what the Bible says about "coarse joking" and "crude talk". It's not a
"salvation-robbing sin", though, so I guess I should just relax a little,
huh? Thanks for your intelligent input!
