The whole 4pm thing...the guy comes in to issue the fine and says the cigarettes were sold around 4pm...but it doesn't have to be a plot flaw, it could have just been an assumption on his part, not a definitive, "okay i KNOW you sold them at 4".
Silent Bob smoking in the mall in Mallrats when smoking isn't allowed? Man, I feel old at 25 years old. Back in 'those days', smoking was still allowed in malls, at least in New Jersey at the Quaker Bridge Mall...that law was just passed back in 94-95. So, Silent Bob smoking is okay.
WHAT I DON'T GET is if it is supposed to be April, what is Jay and Bob walking around in shorts for? It's fucking cold in April in Jersey, not very very very cold, but it's really not shorts weather.
