Folks, the best way to deal with the trolls (and I'm sure we all know of one in particular that's been posting within the last couple hours) is to take the wind out of their sails right away by not responding to their crap at all. Why give them the satisfaction of knowing they got under anyone's skin?
In spite of that, someone always seems to fall for it and eat the bait.
