Kevin Smith has said on a few interviews that he would be happy with between a 10 and 15 mil. opening weekend. Sure it would have been cool to have the number one spot as well, but according to the last two boards of repeative posts this did not happen. I am sure Kevin feels the love, so can we now return to the purpose of this board. This is not a chat board. This is a board to ask Kevin and VA posse questions, post feed back to Kevin and crew, and maybe have a fellow board dweller answer a question that you could not find in the summaries.
There is a chatroom provided by Kevin, as well as the "other board".
I realize that a new movie brings out a lot of fans that are just bursing at the seams to praise out loud just how much Kevin Smith has changed their life. And this is a good thing. However take a few minutes to check out the board before you post. And remember that this is not the place for fan dialoge, those places are provided elsewhere.
Enjoy J&SBSB. Go many times. Take friends. Have long debates over Banky's sexual preferance over a grand slam at Denny's. Go write that screenplay (Do not send to Kevin)that will make you the next Vincent Pereira.
