Originally there was talk of a novel being written - but if I remember correctly Kevin basically decided he wasn't a novel writer and scrapped the idea. I know there's probably a hell of a lot more to the story but no-one else was answering your post!!! So the basic upshot is - No, the Dogma novel was never published... in fact more accurately it was never written!!!
