i'm a movie geek. therfore, i see movies based on one of two things.
1: does it seem good?
2: does it seem bad enough to entertain me with it's uselessness?
i put no stake into organized religeon, yet i do believe in god. so DOGMA basically...describes my faith. it doesn't attack it, or condemn it at all. i can see how it would offend the simple, or those with blind faith, but i'm neither of those. so...i couldn't care less.
i like DOGMA because it's good. not because of the issues it tackles. fuck some issues.
also, i thought the Golgothan was a cool idea. so fuck the naysayers!

PS: word of advice to all...never read scripts before seeing movies. in many ways, it ruined DOGMA for me. i pictured the Mooby board room scene played out COMPLETELY different and was, in a way, dissappointed when i actually saw it.
