To be honest, I don't remember what the 'beef' was with him and Kevin, but he seems like a pretty cool guy (with the smallest eyes I have ever seen on a human being). We talked for a good ten minutes due to us being from neighboring towns on Long Island.
I did ask him if he saw 'Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.' He replied that he hasn't gone to the movies in a while and when he does, it will not be that movie. He did say that in a jokingly matter, so whatever.
