Big budget movies to come?

Does anyone know if the upcoming Kevin Smith movies [excluding Clerks Sell Out] will be getting a large budget like Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back? Or does it depend on the movie? It would be great to have that kind of budget again, but for the movies that are going to be created... is it necessary?
