Jason Lee turns in an outstanding preformance in every role that I have seen him in, and I make it a point to see all of his movies even non-askew films. I think he is a terribly under used talent, and when he is used the roles are never quite big enough for him to shine properly. Even in mumford where he was damn near the back bone of their promotion. He wasn't in the movie all that much. So as far as verbal actors go I think Jason Lee, but you have to give props to Ben.
Ben's role in Chasing Amy was such a far cry from anything I had seen him do before. And he pulled it off big time.
But really I have to say that with all ass kissing aside. Kevin pulls off Silent Bob so well it is not even funny...Well OK it is really funny. Watch the acting on Kevin's face. I have lost track of the number of times I was telling someone, Jay said "Blah blah blah" and then Silent Bob said...Oh wait. He didn't say anything at all. Now that's acting.
Still unsure what my answer is...So am I.
