It is good to caution against panic, and there's sure some of that going on here...but there's also a lot of information being distributed here that *I* can't get at elsewhere. Without this board, I'd have no idea about a lot of the stuff that happened after 9:30 (When I left for work)...and the desire to understand WHAT is happening to your fucking country is a little different from panicing.
It's, to me, one of the great things about the Internet that in times of crisis, information finds a way to get distributed. I opened this board this morning SPECIFICALLY knowing this would be one source of information that I could get some good information through. And while, honestly, me knowing shit does NOTHING to change the outcome, it makes me feel a little better, knowing that I at least able to get some tidbits of info.
