Last live action Jay and Silent Bob was Strike Back, yes. Kevin's also doing Fletch won. There is however, Clerks: Sell Out, which is an animated feature, that will feature (I'm almost 100% sure) Jay and Silent Bob.
I don't know how many responses you'll get today, due to the attack on New York and Washington today.
