: The thing that really kills me is the footage from CNN of the Palestinians dancing in the streets, with a parade, handing out candy to the kids. Have these barbarians really come down to this base way of thinking where they celebrate this sort of behavior? Do these people deserve to live in the manner that they choose, at the expense of our innocent citizens? What these cretins need is an unrelenting natural disaster, such as a Hurricane, Meteor Shower, Lightning storm for several days... since they supposedly commit these offences "in the name of Allah", wouldn't it be just desserts for Allah to wipe these animals off of the map?
You don't understand. The people who were celebrating are not the ones who committed the atrocities. These people do not know what they are celebrating. They are operating on third-hand information. They don't get CNN. They haven't been living with the coverage we're all getting. They've been told that America is responsible for the hardship they face, and they've been told by their fundamentalist leaders that America is evil. They think their hero Osama bin Laden has struck a blow for everything they hold dear. It's all quite objective for them, because they've been told that the hero has struck, not that people are suffering.
And let's not jump to conclusions based on a ten-second piece of news footage. For all we know, it was faked, or at the very least, this was a rare but brief celebration. Every faction in the world, every government, even the most dangerous nations, have universally condemned these actions. Thus, I don't think that there really is a nation that supports the tragedy.
