At this point, the reason Bin Laden is the only one being talked about is because there is *supposedly* already evidence pointing quite conclusively to his supporters. The biggest thing Bin Laden has done to this point wasn't a car bomb. It was a boat bomb, which is considerably more involved. Also, he has tied to all recent acts of terroism against the United States. He *does* have a lot of money. What's more, he has the organization to do the training and planning necessary for this opperation. This isn't like he suddenly has a missle. Although the planning was complex, the act wasn't. This is definetly within his means. Certainly, there are facts to come, but it seems Bin Laden is a very serious suspect at this point. Saddam has an army. He doesn't have an international network of terrorists. Bin Laden does.
