You got that part right. But Jennifer, Kevin's wife, played Missy the jewel thief, not Silent Bob's mom. However, Kevin has mentioned that when he first showed the script to his wife, he thought she'd pick a smaller role...*like* Silent Bob's mom...but she instead wanted the larger role of the jewel thief...which she got.
