Where is Alanis??

I didn't see this addressed on the board anywhere. I have seen Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back twice and could not find Alanis Morrisette.
In the credits it lists her at the very end as "That Woman". Am I blind? Does anybody know who she was?

By the way, I thought this movie was EXCELLENT!! Classic Jay & Bob. After the first time I saw it, for the next week I needed a Jay & Silent Bob fix so I had to watch Dogma. I am addicted to Jay & Bob. Jay is fabulous and I would like to see him in other comedy films.

Kevin Smith is a remarkable comedic talent.
