I tried to find the original post by Malcolm which gives a damn good description of why Tobey Maguire is an asshole.
What I remember is that Jay Mewes said hi to Ethan Suplee at some club in LA, and Tobey Maguire and his crew (that includes Suplee) got all up in Jay Mewes' face for being in their turf (how juvenile is that!) Jay ended up throwing some dude over a couch.
