A MOST EMPHATIC AND RESOUNDING YES. Yes, it will become a war, and who WANTS to send men and women to foriegn lands to die, but we have been attacked, our commerce, economy, and infrastructure has been wounded, and our nation's leaders were targets for mass assassination. (The plane valiantly brought down by passengers who fought the hijackers was headed for either the Capital or the White House, and our country's strategic center was attacked.) If this is not cause for response, and quick response, WHAT IS?!?!
Let's say someone stabs your mom in a restaurant, then sits at the next table and orders a cheeseburger platter. Are you going to DO something, and possibly make it WORSE? I mean, the guy is NOW just eating a cheeseburger.
War does not scare me as much as the notion of the type of cowardice and capitualtion you are preaching.
