I have another idea for you as my friend Joanne and I will be doing the J&SB thing also for Hallowe'en! For the beard, you can take a light coating of vaseline and apply it to your face, then take a couple of bags of tea leaves and open them up onto a paper towel. Then pat the leaves on your face using the paper towel so it doesn't go everywhere ... eh voila!
