Is it just "inspired" by the song, or flat-out based on the "story" of the lyrics? If it's based on the story as set forth in the lyrics, the only way to avoid being sued is to buy the rights to adapt the song to a screenplay. If it's merely an inspiration, then you probably have nothing to worry aout.
