its stations, and that none of them are required to ban any of the
songs on the list.
Having done time in radio, it wouldn't surprise me if there was an
actual ban, but when the list became public (it was never meant for
the general public to see), the consultants back peddled to avoid the
bad publicity. The whole thing smacks of typical stupid radio
consultant's thinking.
After all, a radio consultant is nothing more than a guy who couldn't
actually "make it" in radio himself, so instead, he makes his living
telling everybody else how to do it. If you don't like what you're
hearing on the radio, these are the guys to blame.
