I was around 5 or 6 when it came out so you'd have been a coupla' years older. It was a super cheese, super hero type flick about a cop who accidently shoots an experimental rocket right after it's been launched and gains super powers as a result of the fallout. The catch is that his powers disappear when he sees anything that's the color read. The original was bad, bad, bad, but kinda' endearing at the same time. Have you seen the film, and if so what did you think about it?
