There's lots of cool bars in Red Bank, but pre-and-post Vulgarthon, the main action is at the hotels. There have been some mad-wicked drinking parties in hotel rooms in years' past and I'm sure this Vulgarthon will be the same.

Not officially, but last time an "unofficial" tour was set up by some of the Vulgarthon attendees, and I'm sure a similar one will occur this time.

430 tickets. We were thinking about possibly using the Count Basie theater this time which would mean over 1000 tickets, but the Count Basie isn't even equiped for film projection, so it would have been a logistical nightmare and the overhead costs would have been outrageous, so we're gonna stick with what we know works.
Tickets are sold via phone call-in on a specified date (usually a Saturday) and can be paid for via Visa or Mastercard. There is a limit of 2 tickets sold per phone call. Price this year is gonna be $60 a ticket (last year was $55). Keep an eye on this here board over the next couple weeks for info on when they will go on sale as well as the announcement of the line-up of films for this year's event (which will be held on January 7, 2002).
