Such a joker. Indeed, Ben not only eventually fessed up, he went on to gab with the local buzzers and couldn't have been chattier--those chais are deceivingly brain-bolting, don't you know.

So very comfortable was the Hollywood guy in the country-esque nabe (I hear equestrian activities are de rigueur around town) he even told one Charlottesvillian he was "looking at land and farms" in the area.

Goodness. Maybe this new cleaned-up-lifestyle attempt is really taking hold with the movie stahr. If that's the case, and B.A. does indeed buy real estate in the area, he certainly won't be the first celeb to do so."
