While I did like the fact that it was more of a character piece, I didn't think a hell of a lot of the finished film; but if Romero had had enough cash to make it as he'd originally planned, sticking with his original script, it would easily have been the best of the three. Compelling as hell, and very disturbing. Would've made a knock-out fucking picture.
