DRAWING FLIES... I'm drawing a blank

I heard that DRawing flies was being released on DVD. Is this true?I've waited forever to see this movie with Jason mewes and jason lee, with a kevin cameo. How can I get it? WHERE? Every movie store i go to hasn't even heard of it. someone, tell me how to find this lost piece of view askew.
