Well, if you prescribe to the Brodie and Randall are joined by the same cousin Walker, then it could not have been cousin Walter, because, as we all know, cousin Walter died trying to suck his own dick.
But that is of course, only if you buy the Brodie/Randall theory.
Otherwise, still not a confirmation that the Walt at the dirt mall is Mr. Flanagan.
Also, Brodie Bolts, I believe it was in one of the comics where it was said Brodie bolted over a contract dispute.
