Chiba.... near Tokyo DisneyLand. About 30 minutes by train from here. I live close to Tokyo Tower. If you are going on a school trip then mostlikely they will send you to DisneyLand.

Location
Chiba Prefecture，surrounded on all sides by rivers and sea and blessed with a rich natural setting or water and greenery，lies in the eastern part of the metropolitan region，and features a peninsula that juts out into the Pacific Ocean．To the southeast it faces the Pacific，while in the west it partly looks out on Tokyo Bay. It meets Tokyo Metropolis and Saitama Prefecture in the northwest，and Ibaraki Prefecture in the north
Land area & topography
Chiba Prefecture has a land area of 5,156.05 square kilometers, making it the 27th largest prefecture in the country. It is larger than the total area of Tokyo Metropolis and Kanagawa Prefecture combined．
The topography consists of the Boso Hills(a chain of hills in the 200-300 meter range), and the relatively flat Shimosa plateau, Tone river basin, and plains along the Kujukuri coast．
The coastline extends for more than 500kilometers from Choshi to Urayasu，and offers some highly varied scenery．
Climate
Chiba Prefecture，surrounded on three sides by sea，has a warm oceanic climate that is mild in winter and cool in summer．The southern Boso coast，in particular, is affected by an offshore warm current (the Kuroshio), and frost is virtually unknown in winter．
Precipitation is high in summer and low in winter, which a typical Pacific climate.
Population
The population of Chiba Prefecture is the 6th largest in the country and the average age of 38 is 4th youngest which is a young prefecture nationwide.
