Pink Floyd is an album band. Most of their songs are best heard in the context of the album they're in. A greatest hits album doesn't really reflect what the band is about, and anyone looking to pick up some Pink Floyd should skip right past the Greatest Hits album(s) and pick up a REAL Pink Floyd album.
