Here in canada...we have the most lax rating system in the world!!! we have G, pg, 14-A (where you have to be 14 or with parent) and R(where you have to be 18!) and guess what...Jay and Silent Bob was rated R! the last R rated movie here that i can remeber was Eyes Wide Shut!!!! Training Day wasn't not even R here in ontario....
