I watched the 1994 version of Frankenstein again the other night. I really like that story and thought the movie was handled fairly well. Plus you've got De Niro playing the monster :)

Or get the 1992 version of Stroker's Dracula

These are classic stories so they may not be enough to scare the shit outta you, but they are still very good.
