It was true once but now it isn't true.
But the question I have to ask you is: Did you see Dogma? Did you watch the credits till the end? Well did you? If you did then you would know that at the end of the credits it says, "Jay and Silent Bob will return in Clerks 2: Hardly Clerkin". But that idea changed in to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
