Somber, Smalls, Vincent and I are working on this project to raise a few grand for the disaster relief victims of Monmouth County. Somber will be making customized buttons with a Vulgarthon logo and tagline, and he'll even add your name and handle to the button before it's assembled!

We'll begin taking names on the V3 website soon, and the buttons can be picked up and paid for when you get your Vulgarthon tickets at the Stash in January. The price will be $6.00, and 100% of the sales money will go to the Alliance of Neighbors of Monmouth County, which benefits NJ Shore area families who lost loved ones in the WTC disaster. Apparently, it's a lot more on the ball with regards to getting money directly to the families themselves without a lot of red tape, so this will be for a very good cause. I'll post the URL for collecting the namessign your name up in a day or so.

Please don't throw your name down, and then not buy the button in January, as it will take away from the funds that we can donate to the charity. Try to buy one as a souvenir even if you don't want to wear it. They're for a good cause, and they do make a neat memento of the event. If you miss the name entry, you can still buy em without a name.

We're making 500 of em, which means $3000 will be raised if they all sell. Kevin is putting up the cost of making the buttons so that all of the sales money can go to the donation.

Also, Somber's designing the buttons this week, and there's room at the bottom for a tagline, but we haven't been able to come up with one yet, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Something like "Vulgarthon III - More virgins than a kindergarten class"
