calling all geeks....I need help

Ok....some asshole sent me a virus labeled as a pic for the page. My AV software is unable to repair.(didn't catch it either....what good is AV software that doesn't catch the fricking virus?) I need to extract clean files from my OS cd.

Here's where I need help. I know in Win98 I could just run SFC and replace the files easily. I'm running Win2k Pro at the moment and it doesn't have SFC. Anyone know how to do file extraction in 2k?
