But I think we both knew what I meant.

Square / cube law: I don't remember all the calcs but it goes like this: If the thing is 1/10 the diameter of earth (and made of the same types of materials) then it has 1/100 the mass and therefore 1/100 the gravity. They should have been able to push the shuttle off the comet and jump after it. Not to mention no one would have had a sprained ankle since they couldn't have fallen "down" a cliff - they would have kind of hung there while the weak gravity barely started to work on them.
