Its tough to keep the board constantly informative, because most of the time when someone's looking for information on something off-topic its something that has been asked before.
And I'm sure lots of people post on here just to see their names on the screen. The AffleckIsGod person earlier for instance. I don't think there's anything that could be done about those types of people though. They're on every board.
You bring up some good points though....
