I sent an e-mail to the manager at the Brew & View here in Chicago to
request that they show Clerks & Mallrats in the near future. (They're
showing Chasing Amy & J next week). He replied with the following info:
: "As for Clerks, the film version is pretty beat up. The last time I
played it broke a couple times. Mallrats is still possible. I can't say
when we'll play it again but I'm sure we will."
: OK, so here's what I'm thinking, if a bunch of you (especially you
Chicagoans) could shoot a nice e-mail over to Dennis (Manager@brewview.com)
, maybe we could get him to show Mallrats (Dogma, too. Why not?).
