But I tend to agree with EK that getting the guy locked up is WAY more damaging than kicking his ass. If you just kick his ass he will probably do it to other girls and will be fairly upset with you if you ever run into him again.
If you got him put in jail no other girls would need therapy and you would have one less person who dislikes you....and in this world the less poeple that dislike you the better.

: As far fetched as the story may sound, you can go to any party like that, anywhere in America and find date rape. I'm sure some of the people on this board are probably guilty of it or know someone who is or have experianced it.
