The newbie posts seem to be for the large part "posting for the sake of it". If I had anything I considered valid to say, I would post. If I don't, then I usually don't post. It seems that a lot of people post for the thrill of being answered - of course it's nice to get an answer, but that's such a small part compared to what the answer actually is. That's the difference I see in the general quality of the debate around here now in the Dark Times, as opposed to the Old Republic days.
