You've made an error many have.
That's a site created by Viewaskew's web designers, made as a second-level joke on the net-spazzes in the Jay and Bob film... ie making a ludicriously critical site against the film in the same way people ludicriously attacked the boys.
Look at it closely... and see that despite it's surface criticism of the film, every link either goes to a site promoting the film, Kevin, Viewaskew or Viewaskew merch.
