Just recently saw all of your movies over the summer (except for Jay And Silent Bob, dammit), and I wanted to thank you for making me howl during a rather boring and uneventful vacation. Those movies made me proud to live in New Jersey (I live near the New York border, in this dead end town called Vernon; God it sucks).
Anyway, the films also awakened in me an interest in filmmaking. I wanted to ask you if you happened to have any advice for an up-and-coming (read: wannabe) director/writer. Also, I didn't know if this would qualify as asking for a job, but I was wondering if you would accept anyone to study filmmaking under you or be your protege or whatever you wanna call it.
