hard to get into it but... Internet Protocol Address is like your house address... Everything coming in & out of your computer has your ip address in it... Someone that knows how to track things down will look at that ip address and granting the person tracking, usually called 'hackers', have enough knowledge, can get anything and everything they want associated to that ip address. That ip address is provided by the local access network company and they give that to a person, to whom its registered to. And for that person to subscribe, they either use their checking account, credit card and the most important & precious info.. social security number, and so on & so forth
