Woody Allen has no effect on my liking of something he might do. I have seen a bunch of his films, and don't really like them. I think it's his style. The roles he gives himself I also find are ridiculous.

I am unable? In my OPINION the flick sucked. Maybe at the time I would have liked it more, but there are many things I didn't like about this film.
And don't think I'm some "hollywood bluckbuster" movie watcher. I love a GREAT film, just as much as anyone else here. Annie Hall was not that, IMO.
