"The Cruise"
A mildly-woody-allenesque tour guide shows you HIS view of New York from atop a bus. Better than it sounds.

"Mr. Death"
A mortician is paid by a supremacist to go to a concentartion camp and, based on his evidence, declares the Holocaust never happened.

"American Movie"
Actual documentary that follows a filmmaker filming his own 40-minute horror film. It's so funny you'd think it's a mockumentary, but it isn't...

"The Battle Over Citizen Kane"
You can get it on the DVD of Citizen Kane. Almost as good to know the backstory as it is to watch the film.

"VH1 Legends"
AVOID BEHIND THE MUSICS! Stick with the good stuff. The bio of david Bowie, narrated by genderbending comic Eddie Izzard? Genius!

"A Hard Day's Rut"
Alright, ONE mockumentary. The story of of a VERY-Beatlesish band, the Rutles. Starring Eric Idle and a bevy of SNL stars from the seventies.

"The Last Days"
A handful of Holocaust Survivors remember, and revisit, the death camps.

"Swear To Tell The Truth"
Part bio, part list of Lenny Bruce's legal problems. Narrated by Robert DeNiro.

"Better Living Through Circuitry"
A look at the present world of Techno music and its effect on the djs and fans.

Oh, and most National Geographics cut the mustard fine.
