Flattery will get you everywhere, my dear sir. Yes, I do love THE BLACK CAT. And I was bored silly by Romero's half. To be fair, I should say that we had a brief exchange elsewhere on the web (on a board far, far away) when I was asking if there was additional footage that would make THE BLACK CAT feature-length, or something like that. Maybe it was Soavi's THE CHURCH. I was using a different name, of course. Your post a little way up the page is really starting to get to me. The web is a wonderful thing, but it can also aggravate an individual (such as me) who lives in a city where culture was shot and buried decades ago when it foolishly wandered into town. I am beginning to think that MULHOLLAND DRIVE will never come to my city. We've got three theaters here and they're all run by Carmike. Carmike likes to put mainstream films on as many screens as possible, thus eating up space that could be put to better use.

And I hope you're happy that you guilted me into using the all-caps format for film titles. I wasn't really expecting to have to do that here and got lazy.
