I'm not saying you're wrong, but something that big would've been addressed already (I think).
Plus, when Vader hires Fett in Empire, I'd think he would've sensed something weird about Boba. Lucas has creative control on his characters, and Vader & Fett have met outside the movies, so he might have put a stop to that if your story were true.
: I read somewhere that Bob Fett is actually a clone of Anakin Skywalker. Could be wrong.
